SPORTS CLUBS

Ballinteer St. John's GAA Club was founded in 1982.  The club has  teams in Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie and Ladies Football.  They have playing facilities in Marley Park, Broadford Park, Loreto Park and Ballinteer Community School. St. John's boasts a membership of over 1,200.  Their Club House was officially opened by  An Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern.
