The Communion Team supports families to prepare children for the sacraments of First Confession and First Communion.  The team is comprised of one of the priests of the Parish and parents - most of whom have children for First Confession and First Communion.

The team liaises with teachers and organises

1. Workshops for children at Christmas and Easter
2. Practical arrangements such as dates and venues for events
3. Two or three meetings during the year at which guest speakers advise parents on the best ways of preparing children for the sacraments.
